Be you! Be kind, thoughtful, bold, worthy, true, grateful, positive, etc Be you! The last several months have been very challenging with healthy, life, the passing of my beloved pup, etc. I felt like lost. Could not get my mojo back. I did have a conversation with someone and just went through all the craziness of the last several weeks\months\years.
The conversation was great just because it helped me to refocus, process, etc. The conversation reminded me to be me! To take the pressure off and remember we are all human. So this week I designed that reminder in Be You. With key words that circle the phrase. So take time when you need it. Call a friend and talk. Take a walk. Be kind to yourself! There is only one of you and you are worth it!
